Steven K. Boyd joined the board in 2025 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.  Mr. Boyd is a seasoned investor and has more than two decades of public markets experience across healthcare, most recently serving as Partner at Camber Capital Management.  During more than 15 years at Camber, a Boston-based healthcare hedge fund, Mr. Boyd helped to grow the firm’s assets under management from approximately $300 million to nearly $3 billion and led investment in the medical device, diagnostics, and life science tools subsectors.  Prior to his role with Camber, Mr. Boyd held positions in both private equity and public equity, where he identified, researched, structured, executed, and monitored investments across a range of industries.  He began his career at UBS Investment Bank, where he gained experience across a wide variety of M&A, equity, and credit transactions.  Mr. Boyd is recognized for his deep industry expertise, analytical rigor, collaborative approach to strategic decision-making, and his ability to build and leverage networks across the healthcare and investment communities.  He holds a B.S. in Finance and Operations & Strategic Management from Boston College.
