Michael Pollner was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in June 2026. He is a highly accomplished legal and business executive with more than 25 years of experience advising public companies, executive leadership teams, and boards of directors on a broad range of strategic, legal, governance, compliance, and business matters. Prior to joining OTI, Mr. Pollner served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary for J&J Snack Foods Corp. As the company’s chief legal officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he was responsible for managing the company's legal, regulatory, and policy matters, while leading the global legal function and advising the Board of Directors and executive leadership on corporate governance, risk management, commercial strategy, and business operations.Before J&J Snack Foods, he spent 16 years with Knoll, Inc., a global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of high-end office and residential interiors products where he held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary. Mr. Pollner began his legal career in private practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
