Mike Vallie joined OraSure as Vice President, Investor Relations in September 2026. He brings extensive experience in healthcare investor relations and capital markets, including more than a decade partnering with management teams to develop and execute strategic investor relations programs for private and public companies across the medical technology sector. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at ICR Healthcare, where he advised organizations on investor strategy, financial communications, and capital markets activity. Prior to ICR, Mr. Vallie held roles in venture capital investment management and corporate development and strategic FP&A. Throughout his career, he has supported a wide range of investor-facing initiatives, including earnings communications, investor presentations, analyst and investor engagement, financings, IPOs, and M&A transactions. Mr. Vallie has worked closely with numerous healthcare and medtech organizations, helping them effectively communicate their strategies and long-term value to the investment community. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from George Mason University.
